Who handles your data
Logicos Software, De Lijsterbes 25, 6942TM Didam, Netherlands (KvK 97161705), is responsible for the website, shop and customer account. Write to privacy@logicos.software with privacy questions or requests.
What we collect
Checkout uses your name, email, company if supplied, billing address, country, VAT or KvK number and offer code. Your account uses login and profile details and shows licenses, orders and invoices. Website hosting may process request details such as IP address and time for delivery and security.
Why we use it
We use these details to provide the service, calculate tax, process payment, issue licenses, support your account and meet accounting duties. Our legal bases include contract, legal obligation and legitimate interests in keeping the service secure.
Local work and browser preferences
Documents you edit in the desktop app remain local unless you choose a connected service such as InkSmith Press. This website saves your language and screenshot theme preferences in browser storage. Account access tokens stay in memory for the active page.
Services involved
The website sends shop and account requests through its server to the Logicos license service. When you continue to payment, the selected payment provider processes the payment. Hosting and other service providers help operate the service. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies and storage
InkSmith World does not currently include advertising or analytics trackers. It uses browser storage for the preferences described above. Payment providers may use their own cookies under their privacy notices.
Retention and your rights
We keep data as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal duties; the full Privacy Statement has more detail. You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable, or object to certain processing. You may also complain to a data protection authority.
