Terms for InkSmith
InkSmith is provided by Logicos Software. Here is how its general terms and the offer shown at checkout fit together.
The terms that apply
Logicos Software’s Terms of Service govern InkSmith. When you buy an edition, checkout also shows the price, licence model, duration, renewal, support and any offer-specific conditions. Review both before paying.
Free and paid editions
Free mode is available without an order. Paid features require a valid licence for the edition and term you select. The licence grants and device limit follow the offer attached to your purchase.
Orders and payments
Pricing-page amounts exclude tax. Checkout calculates the final tax and total from your billing details. Payment takes place with the provider shown at checkout; the licence server issues your key after it confirms payment.
Renewals and your account
Annual renewals, cancellation and plan changes follow the terms you accepted for your offer. Your account shows eligible licences, orders, invoices and subscription actions.
Your documents
You are responsible for the content and rights in the documents and data you use with InkSmith. The desktop editor works with your local files. If your organisation connects to InkSmith Press, its administrator controls that hosted environment.
